2. Data we process

When you browse, technical systems may log the IP address, requested page, date and time, response result and essential browser or device information for operation and security.

The form processes the information you enter: name, contact details, address, town and country, vehicle characteristics and dimensions, preferences and request details. Optional fields may be left blank.

The request is emailed to Parking Serena and you receive a confirmation containing the summary. The form does not store requests in a website database.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to:

• provide and protect the website and prevent misuse, based on our legitimate security interest;
• reply and take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• comply with administrative, tax and legal duties (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary, based on a legitimate interest.

We do not use form data for advertising, newsletters or profiling and we do not make automated decisions.

4. Providing the data

Required fields are needed to send and assess the request. Without them the form cannot be submitted. A request is not automatically a contract or confirmation of availability.

The “I have read the privacy notice” box records acknowledgement of this page; it is not consent to commercial messages.

5. Recipients and processing

Authorised people process data digitally and, where necessary, confidential technical providers or professional advisers may assist. Aruba S.p.A. provides hosting and email. We do not publish or sell the data.

The confirmation is delivered to the address entered in the form and passes through the recipient’s email systems. Further communication takes place by email or telephone.

6. Map, opening hours and external links

The location preview is a locally stored image based on data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Viewing it does not connect your browser to OpenStreetMap.

Google Maps appears in the same panel only when you select “Load map”. Your browser then communicates with Google, which may process technical data under its privacy policy. Loading is optional.

Opening hours may be updated through Parking Serena’s own management subdomain. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp or other websites activate only when you select them.

7. Cookies and technical tools

The current website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or profiling. No non-technical trackers load by default, so we do not display a consent banner.

Only technical data or mechanisms strictly needed to provide and protect the service may be used. External services you choose to activate apply their own rules.

8. Retention

Requests without a contract are retained only for handling the contact and deleted within 12 months of the last relevant contact, unless a specific legal claim requires protection.

If a contract follows, administrative and contractual information is retained for statutory periods and legal protection, ordinarily up to 10 years for accounting and contractual records.

Technical security and anti-abuse data is minimised and periodically cleared. Hosting logs follow the provider’s technical and security retention periods.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. Email info@parkingserena.it. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

10. Changes

We update this page if the form, suppliers or processing change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
